1. 如何联系 RoomX 支持团队？

2. 买房和租房模式有什么区别？
买房模式包含总价、单价、贷款计算、税费评分等字段；租房模式包含月租、押金、租期、家具配置等字段。两种模式的房源列表独立显示和筛选。
3. 评分权重如何自定义？
- 进入设置页面。
- 在"评分权重"区域调整各维度权重（通勤、地铁、学区、房龄、户型、朝向、税费）。
- 保存后所有房源评分会自动重新计算。
4. AI 导入支持哪些内容？
支持粘贴房源、租房或车源文字描述，也可拍照/导入图片。AI 会按当前模式识别价格、面积、户型、楼层、品牌、车系、配置等关键字段。
5. 通勤时间是怎么计算的？
基于 Apple MapKit 驾车路线，从房源地址到你设置的通勤目的地计算预估驾车时间。结果受实时路况影响。
6. 小区档案是什么？
当你录入某小区的第一套房源后，小区的公共信息（如位置、物业、绿化率等）会被自动缓存。之后录入同小区的其他房源时，这些信息会自动填充。
7. 如何启用 iCloud 同步？
登录 Apple ID 后，在设置中启用 iCloud 同步即可在自己的设备间同步 RoomX 数据。关闭同步不会删除本机已保存记录。
8. CSV 导出包含哪些数据？
导出当前模式下所有房源的完整属性字段，包括评分结果和通勤时间，可用 Excel 或 Numbers 打开。
9. 数据会丢失吗？
数据默认存储在设备本地。启用 iCloud 同步后，数据会自动备份到 iCloud。建议定期使用 CSV 导出作为额外备份。

How do I contact RoomX support?

What is the difference between buying and renting modes?
Buying mode includes total price, unit price, mortgage calculation, and tax scoring fields. Renting mode includes monthly rent, deposit, lease term, and furniture configuration. Property lists are filtered independently per mode.
How do I customize scoring weights?
- Open the Settings page.
- Adjust dimension weights (commute, subway, school, age, layout, facing, tax).
- All property scores recalculate automatically after saving.
What can AI import recognize?
You can paste property, rental, or car listing text, or capture/import photos. AI recognizes mode-specific fields such as price, area, layout, floor, brand, series, trim, and vehicle specs.
How is commute time calculated?
Using Apple MapKit driving routes from the property address to your configured commute destinations. Results depend on real-time traffic conditions.
What is a community profile?
When you record the first property in a community, shared info (location, property management, green rate, etc.) is cached. Future properties in the same community auto-fill this data.
How do I enable iCloud sync?
Sign in with Apple ID, then enable iCloud sync in Settings to sync RoomX data across your own devices. Disabling sync does not delete records already saved on the device.
What does the CSV export include?
It exports all property attributes for the current mode, including scores and commute times. Open with Excel or Numbers.
Will my data be lost?
Data is stored locally by default. With iCloud sync enabled, it backs up automatically. We recommend periodic CSV exports as additional backup.
